This is the smallest AmTryke that features hand only drive. This hand cycle is intended for early intervention by stimulating reciprocal movement and increasing range of motion. This hand cycle is designed to focus on the use of the upper body for those riders that can not tolerate foot rotation or need to build upper body strength. The riders feet rest on a platform so that the rider propels the cycle with hands only.
